All sales are final unless the item is defective. If the item is defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item and request a RMA number. You will pay for return shipping, we will pay for shipping the new item once the defective one is received.
After 3 days you must contact the manufacturer.
Once payment has been confirmed, we will ship your item(s) within 3 - 10 days.
